Born into a football-loving family. When I began raising my own family, I discovered a new version of the game that changed everything for me. Flag football quickly became something special. What started as a simple way to keep my own coaching organized grew into Flag Forward. It became a focused effort to help other coaches lead with purpose and raise up strong young players who grow into reliable, confident adults.

I am a USA Football Certified Youth Flag Football Coach, and I take that responsibility seriously. I spend a great deal of time studying the game because I love it. I enjoy breaking down how plays develop, how defenses react, and how practice structure shapes young athletes. The details matter, and when they are taught well, they create calm, confident teams.

There is no gatekeeping here. I want every coach to learn, grow, and lead with confidence. These materials were built to remove pressure from coaches who care deeply about doing things the right way.
